Half Moon Pose Flow

First up to work both your strength and flexibility is Half Moon Pose. You can opt to use a yoga block here if you need to, otherwise, you can still join in without it. In this class, you'll get to follow Faith as she leads you through a sequence of vinyasas, forward folds, and balancing poses so you can increase flexibility in your hamstrings and strength in your legs—both of which you'll need to get into Half Moon pose and even play around with it!
